- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The physicians in the practice are excellent. They are thoughtful and responsive, respond thoroughly to questions and are caring. The office staff tends to only be kind in person, often leaving me on hold, disconnecting me, and being very snippy when I am asking questions. This is a problem at the Upper Perkiomen office as well. Its a shame the receptionists aren't better on the phone since the physicians are so good at what they do and have such good presence with patients.February 15, 2017by Crystal Conklin
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Bad & Not Qualified!!! I went 3 times for a sore throat that lasted 4 weeks. I was prescribed Prednisone (for a sore throat???) & a week later had no relief, went back and prescribed Omperaxole & diagnosed with "heartburn"?! After a week of Omperaxole I finally went to Urgent Care was treated for a sore throat, I got an antibotic and got better. The office staff is great though, friendly & efficient.February 10, 2017by gloria bongiorno
