- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to the MedExpress today for my ankle/foot. I had fallen last Thursday and was having continued pain, therefore I decided it was time that it needed to be seen by a professional. I was severely disappointed. The doctor did not even take off my sneaker to inspect my foot. He did not have me walk, palpate or move it in addition to not even looking at it. He immediately ordered x-rays that showed that it was not broken. Even though it was not broken, he came back into the room to tell me what to do AND AGAIN did not even take off my shoe to assess my foot. I'm sorry, but telling me to continue ibuprofen, rest and ice was not what I needed. If I am going to pay over $100 to be seen by a doctor, my problem area should AT LEAST be looked at. The staff was very friendly but I was not impressed with the level of care I had received, especially since I am in healthcare...May 16, 2017by Paige Souder - Student
